Teams Driver — Full-Time Class A CDL
Hiring immediately! Team lanes for long and regional hauls offering higher earning potential and quick onboarding for qualified partners.
$1,800–$2,800 weekly
Role snapshot
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile — 2,500–5,500 miles per driver per week
- $1,000 hiring bonus per driver — $500 after week 1 + $500 after week 6
- Tuesday–Saturday schedule with weekly home time and predictable resets
- Mileage-based pay plus clean DOT payouts and team bonuses
- Team lanes for long and regional hauls — quick onboarding for qualified partners.
Employment type & schedule
- Full-time company team driver.
- Weekly home-time opportunities depending on route.
- Mileage- or load-based pay with safety, performance, and fuel bonuses.
Compensation & bonus overview
- $1,800–$2,800 per week.
- Detailed CPM, average miles, bonus eligibility, and route pay discussed during the interview.
- Quarterly safety, fuel, and on-time bonuses.
- Clean QVI inspections paid the same week.
Qualifications (must-haves)
- Verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience meeting ONE of the following: 1 year in the last 3 years; OR 2 years in the last 5 years; OR 5 years in the last 10 years.
- Valid CDL-A; must be 21+.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Able to meet DOT drug testing and applicable safety requirements, and pass a background check.
- No felonies/violent or drug-related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.
- Doubles/Triples endorsement (training available if new to pulling doubles).
What you'll do
- Safely operate tractor-trailers.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Coordinate with your co-driver and dispatch.
- Comply with DOT regulations and communicate delivery updates.
